Vladimir became a big fan of electronic music since he was 14. He collected CDs with groovy house, hard techno, progressive trance and breakbeat music.

Six years later he started to play dj sets at private parties at local nightclubs and open airs in his home town. Then he became a resident of several parties in the nightclubs of Moscow and Vladimir had his own radio show on three internet stations.

In 2016 Vladimir started to learn electronic music production, spending many hours in Ableton.

His first track “The Switch” was released in 2018 on Spanish techno label “Green Nights Records”.

After it PHOS/PHATE has releases on many other techno labels around the world including Machine Control Records.

In his own tracks and remixes PHOS/PHATE always tries to create a nice trippy techno atmosphere, groovy vibe and energy.
